Club History

The club was started in July 2004 with funds from about 20 GSC employees who wanted a local alternative to great coffee — even better coffee. With matching funds from Netapp, we bought a Rancilio Silvia and Rocky grinder and were quickly enjoying dark creamy shots.

Over time, the club's membership grew and we expanded to two locations: BCCRC and Echelon. We now use the Rocky Giotto at BCCRC (7th floor) and the Rancilo Epoca ST1 at Echelon (5th floor).
