Chromosomes
Music, genomes, split-flaps
In science one tries to tell people,
in such a way as to be understood by everyone,
something that no one ever knew before.
But in poetry, it’s the exact opposite.
—Paul Dirac, Mathematical Circles Adieu by H. Eves [quoted]
“Chromosomes” is a 6 minute demo, composed of 3 tracks based on the structures of human chromosomes 1, 21, and Y.
Our goal is to eventually create a full album with a track for each chromosome.
