Human BAC Array
Availability
The human set is publically available from BACPAC Resources on 93 384-well plates. The set has been through 2 validation rounds, in which rearrayed clones are fingerprinted to verify their identity and fidelity. During each round, some clones are failed and replaced in subsequent rounds.
The set can be obtained as a whole-genome array, or chromosome-specific and arm-specific subarrays.
